This is the ideal role for you. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our network of distributors working in and around Berkshire, North Hampshire, West Surrey, South Oxfordshire, and South Buckinghamshire. Many of our distributors work for us just because they love to be outdoors and find leaflet distribution to be the ideal way to lose a few pounds or just maintain their fitness levels.
The Job Description
You will be delivering leaflets, magazines and/or brochures door-to-door within your local area. The areas that you will cover will depend largely on whether you have a car or not and also how flexible you are to travel slightly further. For non-car drivers, we can offer a collection and drop off service*. Car drivers will be paid more to allow for fuel expenses etc. Once you have successfully completed your induction period (which will include at least 2 test distribution rounds), then you will offered proper client work subject to availability and flexibility. We have clients all over Berkshire and most of Hampshire so we will always try to give you rounds that are as close to your location as possible. However, the more flexible you are (i.e.willing to cover a wider area), the more likely we will always have rounds available to give you.

Due to the way we schedule our distribution and the standard timescales we offer our clients, it means you are given a very generous deadline by which to complete your distribution round. This gives you the flexibility to fit the distribution in around your other commitments whatever they might be from the school run to a full-time job.
Best Rates of Pay in the Industry
Our distributors are our most valuable asset! By joining our team, you can be assured that you will be paid the most reasonable rates of pay in the industry and you will be contributing to the continued growth and success of the company. Rates of pay vary depending on items being delivered and area covered, however our distributors wage is on average about £54 per 1000 homes delivered to. Car drivers get a car usage allowance which can take their wage as high as £61 per 1000 homes. The number of items per home will vary round by round but will be a maximum of 4. Any magazines, brochures and heavy or bulky items that you are asked to deliver will be paid at a higher rate.
